THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THEY HAD TO RE-SCHEDULE SEVERAL TIMES. THEY DID NOT ACT VERY PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE, BUT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL IN PERSON.
