Very bad! I used Blinds48 twice, because they were Costco's partner vendor. They were really bad both times. The first time was shutters, the bottom frame pieced covered 30% of window space. Meaning I lost 30% of the light. The 2nd time was vertical blinds. Vanes were in 2 different colors.

The customer service was very slow and unresponsive. The product installed was subpar and wayyy over priced. The parts were fragile and the shades a mess. The measurements were wrong and they wouldn’t take fault for it. It was a waste of $1600 for 3 roller shades…no cartridges. This was part of a Costco service and the contract was very misleading. Buyer beware.
