We contracted Banyon Construction to remodel a small master bath. The majority of the work was performed by Dave. While the renovation took a little longer than originally estimated we were extremely happy with the final results. Dave was very meticulous, paid attention to details and took pride in his workmanship. Ethan and Dave both offered design suggestions which were very useful. We would definitely use them again in the future.
We found them on Angie's List. I was easy to get an appointment with them; they are great. It was fairly expensive. They were on time, professional and courteous. This company did a really good job with the design. We are really happy with them.
"(removed member name), Sorry we could not meet your timeframe for your construction needs. I would like to clarify that it’s only a 3 to 4 month wait for our customers. Banyon construction only handles two projects at a time. This is done intentionally to insure that either my business partner or I are onsite at all times. This is a conscious choice by us because we love working with our hands and want to be out on our jobsites working with our crews so we only take on two projects at a time. We have assembled a team of tradesmen that share our vision of doing quality work and taking pride in what we create. To do quality work takes time and patience from our customers as well as our team. The customers who know our work are willing to wait a few months for our services. Sometimes it takes us a few days to return phone messages and emails because we are focused on our current projects and typically work 10 to 12 hr days. As for your statement about riding the wave, we don’t see it that way. We have a loyal customer base that calls on us time and time again to help them with their construction needs. Our customer base grows all the time from referrals and word of mouth. We work hard to get everyone scheduled as quickly as we can but refuse to rush through a project just to get to the next one. It’s a point of pride for us that every one of our customers is 100% satisfied at the end of a project. So this causes our schedule to be typically booked out 3 to 4 months all of the time. Just a word of advice to all homeowners, if you find a contractor that’s able to come right over and start your project I would proceed with caution and get reference prior to having them do any work. I would say about 10% of our work is redoing other contractors work. So please do your homework before letting anyone do any work on your house. Once again I’m truly sorry we could not meet your project timeframe; please keep us in mind for any other construction projects Greg Young Banyon Construction LLC"
"[Member name removed], I was surprised to see your comment about us not showing up for an appointment. I have you on my schedule for this week. I wish you had just picked up the phone and reached out to me if you feel that we had missed an appointment. As you can see from our reviews that we take pride in our work and take care of our customers. Again I apologize for missing our appointment. Greg Young Banyon Construction"
