All Star Moving and Storage

We got an over the phone price to move our belongings about 30 miles. They were 3 hours late getting to our house and they used the excuse that they had a flat tire. Upon arrival they had a new contract. We had already given them 2 draws of $700 During the review the seller said that most of the items that were to be initialed didn?t pertain to our local move. During the process of packing we told them that they were over wrapping the furniture and they were taking our boxes off items that we spent a week packing and put our stuff and put them in their boxes. They kept saying this is how they do it. I took an enclosed trailer that myself and friends had loaded to our new house and my wife waited for the movers to get finished and then was to follow us later. When everything was loaded and the truck was locked they suddenly wanted $4200. My wife went back and forth with the driver and then she got a hold of the ?office? and they continued the scam. Cops are no help STAY AWAY FROM Um

DO NOT HIRE!! SCAMMERS. These people gave me an estimate for $800 for a local move less than 15 miles. After loading all of our belongings, they demanded $3500 in cash or said they would take everything we owned. Look up the owner Shawn Thompson out of Florida. He's been doing this for years and changes the company name to one of the 14 DBA's he has filed.

I hire all Star Moving Alex was awesome guy with his crew. They have done my job quick and patiently also they do excellent job with highly experience recommended I will hire them if I plan to do it again Thank you Alex was really nice to work with you guys?

They have not delivered my belongings. It has been 60 days since the "delivery date" and the company does not have a working business line, there is no managerial or customer service in this company and I have had to filed a police report for stolen goods.
