He was recommended from the folks at the tile and stone company where I got the tile. Fernando's installation was extremely well done. It took awhile to get the install specs worked out partly because I was not sure how best to install in the sunroom addition and partly because Fernando is a one man show and it took awhile to get feedback on the best product for the application. Once decided, he had conflicts with a commercial contract worth much more than my job but when he was made aware of my deadline, he worked extended hours to complete the job in time-just as he promised he would. He handles both the install and the business development for the business so responsiveness is not the same as for other companies but it was very much worth the wait. If I did not have a reference, I might not have waited to get final specs and quote in hand.
