Had my sewer opened twice by a National Plumbing Company within a month. The second time was because of their 30-day guarantee. When it backed up again I called A Jackson Ecker Inc. He came and showed me how they should have done it. All that experience means a lot. Problem finally fixed. Nobody knows plumbing like they do. The only plumber I'll ever use again.

We discovered that we had a split sewer stack inside the wall of our 90+ year old home.  When the wall was opened up, we discovered the old iron sewer stack was cracked from the 2nd floor all the way down to the basement.  A. Jackson Ecker replaced the entire sewer stack with new pipe along the entire route, incorporating various feeds along the way, and adding a much needed "clean-out" junction in the basement..  The top joint was a difficult one, as there was very little room to work up near the ceiling.  They were here on time and did a very professional job.  The job took only a day and a half, including installing a new toilet at our request.  

We have not received the bill yet, but we know from our past experience in dealing with this company that the price will be fair.

Well, during the major snow storm we had in January in PA, our sewer line decided to back up and the shower water was going into the kitchen sink. Since Ecker took care of my issues before with a sewer line in another home I own, I called him to see if he could come out. As you know the roads were completely shut down a few days after the store but he was able to come out as soon as the roads were safe and took care of the issue. We just moved into this old home in Phoenixville and Ecker told us that the line probably hadn't been snaked in years, he found all types of crap in there. But like before, he took care of the issue, made sure everything was working properly and charged us a more than fair price. Thanks again Ecker. 

P.S. For people leaving bad reviews about Ecker for failure to respond, give him sometime and try multiple times. A Jackson Ecker is a small business and he does a lot of the work himself so it may take some time for him to respond. He's the most honest plumber I have ever come across and you will save yourself a lot of money by waiting on the best rather than calling one of those big companies. 

Mr. Ecker saved me thousands of dollars and gave me back my peace of mind.  I can't believe how lucky I was to find him.  Here's the story:  the sewer pipe under my house backed up.  I contacted my home warranty company and they sent one of their contracted plumbers.  That plumber told me that I would need to replace all of the piping under my house at of cost of 10,000 dollars.  I was totally freaked out because the warranty company covered none of the expense.
I did a search on the web and came across Mr. Ecker's website.  I called him for advice.  He was extremely busy but listened to my long story of woe.  He took a personal interest in my situation because he thought that I was being ripped off and deceived by the other plumbing company.  Despite the fact that he was overwhelmed with work, he found time to come out and spend several hours working on my problem.  He quickly cleared the clogged pipe under the house and then ran a camera through all of the piping.  It turned out that the pipes were in perfect shape and a huge burden has been lifted off of my shoulders.
Mr Ecker is not only a master plumber but he's a man of character.  He is not looking to deceive you or rip you off.  He just wants to fix your problem.  I can't recommend him enough.

Two days ago I woke up to a toilet with water gushing out of it.  Turned the water off and went online to find a plumber.  I called Ecker and the woman I spoke to could not have been friendlier.  Aram Ecker came out on a Saturday so that I wouldn't have to miss work, even though he was trying to make it on time to his son's cross-country meet.  Don't know of any plumbers who would do that.  He looked at my toilet for about a minute, knew exactly what the problem was, and ten minutes later my toilet was good as new with all new parts. This guy is a plumber's plumber.  He knows his stuff.  He was friendly and charged me a very reasonable rate, especially for a Saturday.  I wouldn't even think of calling anyone else for my next plumbing issue.

I can't say enough nice things about Aram. I called him when I discovered my oil fired hot water heater was leaking when I came home from work . I found Ecker Plumbing on Angie's list. Read all the glowing reviews and called him right away. He came out the next morning as promised and spent the next 12 hours getting me up and running via a new water heater. My old model was obsolete and the new models were configured totally differently. So he had to reroute my whole system to accommodate the new model. Which required several trips to get parts .While doing that, he realized that our oil heater was not performing very efficiently at all- in fact he was shocked that it was even running- so he took care of that as well. He had to finish us that day as he had an enormous backhoe job the next day. He accomplished that while doing impeccable work and was such a pleasure to do business with. His pricing was fair and he has now become our permanent go-to plumber.

I live in Virginia and rent a townhouse in Pottstown. There was a sump pump issue and water was flooding in my rental property. This happened on a Sunday at about 1PM. I called several companies/plumbers and this company was the only one I was able to get through to, immediately. After describing the issue, he felt I had a frozen pipeline for the sump pump and provided advice on how to fix it. The problem was resolved. He did not charge me for the help but he get one thing from me. I moved him to #1 on my list to call if I ever need plumbing services.

The pipe under our sink burst and they had to use the crawl space under the house in order to replace the pipe. This was muddy, messy work in the rainy weather. They came as quickly as possible since this was an emergency call. They were professional, courteous and arrived with the correct tools to complete the job. They kept the area clean during the work and after the job was done they left the area completely tidy.

Went very well. I would definitely use this company again.
