Stephen and his team are professional and extraordinarily thorough. I moved into an apartment that had mold. Landlord knew. I found out after move-in. Testing came back showing the predominating species and spore counts. Landlord still would not take care of it, so I had to move out. Stephen went out of his way to answer all of my questions and set up both mold remediation and content cleanup for me in the new apartment to ensure nothing was transferred from the old one. I moved into a smaller space, so this reduced the cost as well. I now have peace of mind knowing that I am again living in a healthy, clean space. Thank you so much!
