Mark Paulin Plumbing

The job went unbelievably well. Very rarely do I trust contractors. Mark showed up on time everyday and made it a priority to keep my informed about the entire process. I changed ideas on him several times with the new basement bathroom after he ran his new water lines. He made the changes without bickering and to my satisfaction. Mark worked very smart and never got ahead of himself. He made sure all the new water lines were secured with j-hooks and rabbit ears. The lines were tested with air upon completion and no leakage was found. The new drainage/sewer pipes went very smooth. Mark insured the pipes had the necessary pitch to drain correctly and secured them to the basement wall. He hooked up the grey water pump for my shower and tied it into the new drainage lines. Everything was tested and found to be performing correctly. I cannot say enough good things about Mark. He is very friendly and only cares that the customer is happy with his work. He arrived for the estimate with referral letters and now he can add another one to his collection. Thanks again Mark, my wife and I are extremely happy with the work and plan to use you in the near future
