Lani arrived on time and spent close to an hour cleaning carpets. We had a stubborn oil based stain that he spent a long time working on for us. The carpets looked and smelled great. He offered to return at no charge if any of the stains came back.

The reason we were dating or something is that, we have so many dogs and she got sick one night and she accommodate on our recliner like at the foot rose and on the floor. I scrubbed it up but you just felt that you could still smell, so, we did not try to have them though cleaning. The nanny came and he was great. But I noticed one day always behind the chair that I could smell the smell and I put the medicine down to the carpet. For years of smells because there is still smell here. So, I scrubbed that and sprayed some for breeze but I do not know if their services did what they were supposed to do. I am sure that the carpet looks good as far as that goes but things get what we were after. I did not want to give them a bad rating on that. So, I just never did anything on that. It was because of the rating of your website. I never had them before. There is a lot of stuff that they are good and have the option in it and I thought it was pretty good. The lady told me that it would take an hour to dry but it had to dry every night. I do not know if circumstances are important or not but we had our air on. So, it was not like it was him within our house or anything I would talk to. I do not know why it took so long to dry. That is one reason I went with them because the carpet really soaks them and it takes forever to dry. I also went with them about the off day. I just went by some reviews on your web site.

I was very happy with the professionalism and the hard work this company did on my carpets. I used a coupon and had 6 rooms done at what I thought was a great price. My carpets were not that bad but there were some high traffic areas that needed attention. They all were completely cleaned and carpets dried in about 3 hours time. Staff was very friendly and and when I asked if I needed additional services they did not recommend it. Wow, giving honest advise with no hard core selling techniques! I was very happy with the results and would definitely hire these people again. I am very picky about my house and cleaning and they did a great job with my carpets. The only thing I can say about the other review that gave these people and F grade is that maybe there was a miscommunication. They were running 30 minutes late for my appointment but they called me and said they were finishing up another job that took longer than they expected. I appreciated that and understood that those things happen so overall I give them an A.
