He's very agreeable. He's very available. He is prompt about getting a project done.

The positive part of the story is that they eventually do come out and affect repairs. It takes many calls but they eventually come out. The negatives are that they just did a horrible, used the wrong materials and I am afraid they need to be totally torn out and redone correctly. The repairs are not satisfactory.
