The cost of the crawl space encapsulation was 85% of the total cost, but it was well worth the investment. Mr. McGuirk reviewed the entire project and quote in detail at the start. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Since our crawl space is accessed from the interior of the home, all the debris was removed through the house. When the encapsulation was complete, the house was as clean as before the project started. I highly recommend FR McGuirk Construction and will likely use them in the future.
