+ -1 moreThe cost of the crawl space encapsulation was 85% of the total cost, but it was well worth the investment. Mr. McGuirk reviewed the entire project and quote in detail at the start. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Since our crawl space is accessed from the interior of the home, all the debris was removed through the house. When the encapsulation was complete, the house was as clean as before the project started. I highly recommend FR McGuirk Construction and will likely use them in the future.
Description of Work: Scope of work: encapsulated the crawl space under our home, remediated drainage issues around the foundation, repaired and reinforced the skirting where the deck meets the house, added venting to the enclosed space under the sunroom, and installed electrical fixtures and outlets.

Description of Work: Extensive crawl space work was done prior to my house purchase. McGuirk went above and beyond to get the work done in a very limited amount of time. Upon inspection, the beam and joist replacements were excellent.
