Ace Plumbing

Ace Plumbing provided a new Water heater in 2017 with a lifetime guarantee. Approximately 2 months Ago my water heater flooded my basement and I contacted John, business owner of Ace Plumbing. He was on time with the appointment and changed the Thermostat. After he left my home an hour later, the water from the tank overheated again and began flooding again. I contacted John again, and he stated that I need another tank and he will call the company,RHEEM to order a new tank. However, John and I scheduled another appointment to attempt to fix the tank before replacing it. He changed two thermostats and a release valve. Three weeks later, no resolve. The water heater is leaking again. I contacted John about the problem and advised that I need a new tank. He stated that he was in Florida and will call me when he returns. After the conversation ended, he called me back and told me to find another Plumber because I live too far from him and hung the phone up on me. I have never been so insulted. He was rude and very disrespectful. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with him. He was paid for his services each time. Now he doesn’t want to honor my Lifetime agreement. Shame on him!

Great. Called at 8PM last night and he came first thing this morning, just over 12 hours later. He quickly assessed the problem, fixed it, fixed my loose faucet which he noticed was loose and then asked if I had any other issues. I would absolutely call him again. He was professional, fast, efficient and extremely pleasant.

Fantastic. We had an emergency over 4th of July weekend when our sewer line backed up in the basement, and unfortunately a different plumber to service it than Ace (we should have called Ace first!). That plumber used the wrong method to clear our line and then WAY over-bid the repair. I called Ace per recommendations in the neighborhood and the HOA. He identified the problem immediately. Gave a clear solution. Arrived early and finished right on budget. We had extra crushed stone from the trench and his team even poured it into my fire pit area for me. I would call them again for all future repairs large or small.

We called john and left a message.  He returned the call the next day and he was flexible enough to come out on a saturday (it is a vacation home)for no extra charge.  He showed up on time with his assistant and took care of all the problems within about an hour and a half.  John is also terrific at explaining the nature of the problems and all the possible solutions.  Great plumber, great guy.  I highly recommend him!

Came out an hour after our call diagnose the problem returned with a new pump, replaced pump and cleaned up. Personally tried all sinks and toilets to assure that they worked.

He is a very good plumber, knows that he is doing. He is extremely reasonable and prompt.  He does not charge me extra for coming in on a Saturday or Sunday.  He cleans up after himself. He also went and bought the part that was needed.
