Outstanding. We had two stair lifts installed. One was going to be difficult because the door frame wasn't centered on the stairs. Other vendors refused to install the stairlift whereas Will (owner/installer) was willing to give it a try and would give us our money back if it didn't work. The chair couldn't swing round without hitting the door jam but with some slight modifications , he got it to work for us. Excellent work. A few days after the install we started hearing creaking and squeaking as things settled in and Will went out of his way to come back and make some adjustments to fix it.

Being installed this Monday

Very professional, advised us on the features we needed, and cleaned up after installation. The owner/installer made certain we knew how to operate the stairlift properly. Would definitely recommend this company.

Will installed my stairlift, he was very professional and kind. There was a small problem and he did not hesitate to return and correct it. He did not leave until he felt it was perfect. Always answers your calls. He will help you in any way he can.
