There is a reason for their straight A rating.  Very responsive; outstanding work; complete explanation before, during, & after the job.  Price competive!  RRR stopped in to give me my third contractor's quote.  It was obvious that Jim new what he was doing, and was not throwing in a bunch of unnecessary items to drive the price up.  I hired him on the spot,  I needed it done quickly as we were in process of closing on sale of the home.  They did it three days later.  A few days later my wife was checking for last items to remove from the house and heard hissing.  Two very very tiny holes between the foundation and concrete floor, several feet away from the radon port, was sucking air.  Jim stopped by a couple days later and sealed them.
I hired them for a second install in our new home. Both jobs are top notch.  1st install was $1200 and more complex involving drilling through 18 inches of stone and mortar.  2nd install was $800.

Jim was very prompt in doing the job, retesting after installation and finding the results weren't what we had hoped for, Jim was back in the next day and added another exhaust pipe. There was no charge for the return visit. I was extremely pleased with the service, the sight was left clean when finished, and the cost of the project was exactly what was quoted. Thank you Jim.

James was great! Showed up on time and got the job done quickly. He was very friendly and made sure to review everything with us before he was done. There were a few surprises once he started the install, but he was able to adjust his plans with no added cost to us. Job was completed on budget and on time.

Jim did a great job! We received 3 estimates from different contractors and felt that Jim was the best based on his knowledge, experience and reasonable approach to our job which was a "non-standard" type install. Since the water table seemed a little high under our house, he had to make 2 entry points for the system and work around our sump pump and backup water-powered sump pump. The results were very professional; visually he kept the pipes out of the way and ran the lateral behind our main structural beam so that the pipe is less noticeable. On the exterior, he ran the pipe up the house behind the chimney so that it cannot be seen from the street. Jim gave us a 5 year warranty on the pump and a 10 year warranty on the pipes/workmanship which we are very happy about. We appreciate Jim's thoughtfulness and thoroughness and would easily recommend him to friends and family.

Jim is responsive and very prompt. He worked with my real estate agent to confirm a date & time and installed the system right away. I'm impressed with his professionalism and so is my agent.

Jim (the owner) arrived and immediately showed me his radon badge. He was very helpful on inspecting the basement and explaining all the aspects of the system. He also was willing to work with me and adjusted the position and location of the system to better suit  the basement. He did a very thorough job and was on location for approximately 6 hours.

Called the day before to confirm appointment.  Was on time. Showed Radon certification card from the state as soon as he arrived.  Very courteous. Was here for 4 1/2 hours. Explained everything to us.  Cleaned everything up completely. Couldn't have asked for any better work.  Jim is  the owner and installer. Excellent pricing.  It's nice to have the company owner doing his own work.  Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a Radon system put in.  Put the system exactly where we asked him to put it in an out of the way area.  Over all a great experience with this contractor. AAA+++

It turned out very well. It only took 4 hours to do the work with one worker. He's one of the best guys we've ever had out cold. It was the best experience.
