I took my computer into their shop on a Tuesday afternoon, and after discussing the problem I was having with my computer, (an almost endless succession of pop-ups), I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours, and the cost would be $85.00. I received a call from them two days later that the computer was ready. I picked it up, paid the $85.00, and the computer has been running just fine. I found them to be friendly, competent , and reasonably priced. I have absolutely no complaints, and would recommend them.

He has maintained, upgraded and repaired multiple computers for me and my kids. He is very knowledgeable about all brands of PCs and MACs and familiar with multiple operating systems and softwares. His prices are reasonable and he's prompt with service. If he can't fix it he doesn't charge for it. He is able to advise about needs and I trust what he tells me.
