Mr. Gorman did an excellent job removing our oil tank. When we called him he described every step he would take and quoted a very reasonable cost. He was punctual and did everything he said he would and for the price he quoted. He was also very nice. We highly recommend him.

I am one who is generally skeptical of contractors that I don't know. When I contacted Tim, he was punctual in returning my call. He listened to my situation and explained the various options for someone in my situation. He took into account my financial situation and offered various options for me to choose from. We decided on a used tank and he explained the pros and cons of going in that direction in an unbiased manner. When I made a decision, Tim was accommodating to my schedule and came during the weekend to install my new outdoor tank. Once it was installed, he was available for an emergency situation that I had (due to no fault on his part) and came out to my house on a Sunday when it was below zero to get me back up and running. I couldn't be any happier with the way that Tim treated me in the entire process. He is honest, punctual, pleasant and very knowledgeable. If you need a new oil tank, call Tim.

Tim quoted an exceptional price for the job after I sent photos of the basement, crawl space and oil tank location. Was originally scheduled for a Saturday removal, but we both agreed on Sunday due to a tight schedule. Tim and Daniel showed up and proceeded to carefully remove the tank after cutting the supply lines. Any holes left from the removal were patched up properly. Both men were very respectful of my basement and property during the process. The bottom line resulted in my being a real pleased customer, and I appreciated them doing the work on a Sunday.

He came in well under the price he quoted. He also took away the old tank. No mess, no fuss. Kept me informed at every step of his work No bother, very instructional. Professional, courteous. Tim took care of the problem and also kept us in heat for the duration of the work. He found great reasonably priced replacement tank. Did all the paperwork and also handled permits. He knew a lot about the permit red tape and handled it all himself. He and his helper Daniel took care of the problem. Just can't say enough about how happy we are with his work.

Tim and his partner Daniel are very efficient with tank removal. The tank was pumped out and cut up and removed in pieces. There was no trace of their work and the basement was left cleaner than when they arrived. The pricing was competitive and they had it all done in a few hours.

Tim and his helper Daniel pumped and removed an oil tank in my basement. They cleaned up the job site and patched the interior and exterior walls where the oil entered my home . I initially contacted him because he offers $.50 per gallon credit for the unused oil. This helped reduce the overall cost. Happy that the job went well and that monster tank is gone.

He was very good. We wanted to get rid of the tank quickly so he came on a Sunday. It took longer than usual because of access issues, but he didn't try to charge more. He was even willing to give us a credit for the oil in the tank even though it was less than 50 gallons (his add stipulates that he only pays if there is more than 50 gallons).

Tim removed a 275 gallon tank from my basement. I didn't know how much oil was in it and turned out there was about 90 gallons. Tim pumped the oil out, cut the tank, removed the fill pipes, patched the wall, and cleaned everything after he was done. He did great work and even gave me a credit for the oil that was in the tank. I'm very happy that the tank is out and that I found Tim to do the job. Thank you!

Everything went as hoped for

I was extremely pleased with Tim's team! My initial communication to Tim was several months ago. Tim came out and surveyed the job and gave me a very reasonable and accurate quotation. Once Tim came the job went even better than my expectations. He was very dilegent about his work. I would recommend Tim to all and would definitely use him again.

Timm was responsive in setting up the appointment and although they were late in arriving (4 pm became 8 pm on Friday with some calls to tell me of the delay and 11 am became 12 pm on Saturday), they were apologetic and explained the circumstances. They pumped out most of the oil Friday night and then came back Saturday to pump the remainder of the oil, take out the tank, and patch the fill holes. They were very careful to not spill any oil and there was no oil smell at all when they left.

He was very professional and showed up on time. He cleaned up and the price was very resonable. Informed me of what to expect form the talk on the phone to when it was over.

I contracted Tim and his team to remove an old oil tank. It took me quite awhile to find a reliable contractor to remove my old oil tank. Tim and team were absolutely professional, they were very efficient and knew exactly what needed to be done. They removed the residual oil and sludge left in the tank after it had been emptied, then of course,they removed the tank from the basement . Very professional, neat, and clean while doing a difficult and dirty job. I was so happy with the work done by Tim,I recommended him to a friend who does heating and a/c installation work,and has trouble finding a reliable contractor to remove the old tanks.
