Only gave a B as they really should have used the longer pin in the first place. Otherwise they are very good, and they did say if I have the same problem to come back and they would take care of it at no cost. So, that does show they do back up their work which says a lot these days when fewer companies stand by their work and/or products.

They didn't charge me to look at it, or do unnecessary repairs, they just told me, point-blank, that it was unrepairable. I appreciate that they didn't waste my time, or waste money doing repairs that wouldn't help.
