"We are very sorry you are disappointed with the final outcome of your project. As discussed when you were provided a quote on May 10th for 140 sq ft of concrete, 2 lights and volleyball net "anchors" we were booked thru the month of June with pool renovations and could not guarantee the expedited finish date you required but would try our best. We complete work in the order in which is is signed and obtained in house and there were contracts ahead of yours. Mid-May as a norm is one of our busiest times in renovations and we were well under way outdoor. The months of May and June were filled with multiple rain days which caused major delays on all outdoor projects - pool renovations customers were affected unfortunately. We tried to communicate this to you thru email, text and voicemails as best we could and apologize it was not to your liking. Yes the lights were changed out after installation due to your existing automation system on site having issue with the light show programming. There was a compatibility issue therefore we opted to change them as resolution for the lights not changing colors consistently. This did in fact corrected the problem . It was not an error on PPR's part but was based on manufacturer equipment differences and age of automation on site. To date we have only received the original deposit from May 10th for $2,955 the balance of $3,101 has not been collected. The other work mentioned on your property was contracted independently by you and was thru separate contractors not Premier Pool Renovations. We have contacted you several times for final payment. A credit as a courtesy was provided so we can still cover our costs for materials and labor provided as our quote to you was extremely fair. In regards to the large over sized built in structural specialty slide you inquired about, as our Operation Managers discussed with you after further research and manufacturer input the slide was not available until sometime August and we were not available for installation at this time. Again we are sorry for any issue. We prefer to keep our customers happy and swimming!"
"We never want any customer to be unhappy especially when there is only a very small window of time to get pools renovation competed in our climate. There are multiple reasons this project was delayed and work was completed in a timely fashion. All of which have been reviewed with the homeowner in depth and on site. This matter was resolved with the homeowner and PPR apologizes for any inconvenience. The project ceased after demo, appropriate payment was settled and money was refunded to the customers liking. Both parties agreed to close the issue."
"[Member Name Removed]: Thank you very much for your review of our company! It was such a pleasure working with you and exceeding your expectations. We wish you many happy days enjoying your pool with friends and family. Sincerely Amy & The Premier Pool Renovation Team"
Overall we couldn't be happier! Thank you for a wonderful experience & a beautiful outcome!!!
The only area for improvement is in communication from the scheduling department - that is why I said I am 99% satisfied. It was a very rainy spring and I am sure that they had a lot of delays because of the weather, but all they had to do was call or e-mail to give me an update. I had to continually reach out and contact them to find out what was going on and when they were going to start. Other than that I was very happy and would recommend them to others.
I figure that for every negative review there must be at least 30 happy customers (totally made up stat), so I just wanted to pay it forward a little for the great job that they did.
Went over the project in detail.
Scheduled the work to be performed.
The dumpster was delivered as planned and concrete and walkways removed in 1 day.
Formed and set up steps and walkway and patio two days later then poured.
New 600 sq ft stamped concrete patio and steps and landing.
"We are sorry your experience with warranty work was frustrating. We have worked hard since 2011 to alleviate this type of problem for our current and past customers. If in the future we can assist please contact us."
We then started the project about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago and when the weather allowed they worked.
The work was done very quickly as it's still early in the season so they were able to focus on this job and have extras guys it seems working. The project was completed 2 days ago.
"Thank you for choosing Premiere Pool Renovation. We appreciate your kind feedback. If in the future we can assist in your renovation needs we look forward to helping you."
We initially called our service company but they didn't get back after 3 calls.
We called Premier who then contacted the cover manufacturer, used a prior template measurement and made a new pool cover in 8 days and got it on.
The project took 7 weeks as there was some delays for weather and changing of materials previously chosen.
I could not be happier with the overall project, our back yard is spectacular. I would not have changed a thing.
Having people who do this day in and day out on a regular basis I feel is key. We did not do a minor cookie cutter renovation, not by a long shot. It was an undertaking. There were may issues that were complex and had to be dealt with during the process that I feel a company without the experience would have just not been able to handle. Permitting issues, drainage issues, the massive wall we had installed was an undertaking- to put it in perspective there were 7 tractor trailers of 85lb blocks used for the retaining wall. They had the manufacturer out at one point as there is a very high water table here and Premier wanted to be sure all was done correctly. The manufacturer confided to me they couldn't believe the scope and size of the footers, amount of stone used to back fill and drainage Premier provided. They were impressed.
Thanks again to everyone at Premier Pool for their hard work!

According to Brett the job would take approximately 10 days from start to finish as long as the weather held up. The job started April 19th they came in and pretty much tore out the old tile, coping and prepared the interior for the new finish in one day. We were told by Brett that the new tile and coping would go in next. Several days went by and nothing happened. I called several times but my calls were not returned. Finally Brett called and said the tile and coping was currently being installed and that in 2 days someone would be out to put a bond coat on the pool in preparation for the quartz finish. In a few days someone did come out to replace the skimmer and the piping. Many days passed, no response to phone calls, or emails. I finally decided to contact Dan O'Kane. He answered his phone right away and was very nice and friendly. He gave me Brett's cell phone and told me that they were really booked on the commercial end and even though that was no excuse he was sure that was affecting my job as well. At least I had some kind of answer.
I finally received a phone call from Brett who stated he had been away for the weekend which is why he hadn't returned my calls. In the end the person who had been to our house to help with the skimmer came to complete the concrete work. When he saw that the pool was not finished he seemed very upset and told my husband he was going to make a couple of calls. He came back and stated that someone would be there shortly to apply the bond coat and that by 3:00 a crew would be here to complete the quartz finish. This all happened. We don't know who this person was but he was true to his word and we would both like to thank him. The next morning on May 11th a water truck appeared and filled the pool.
As far as their work is we are happy with the pool. There are some variations in finish that I think may actually be normal. We were happy with their workmanship but very disappointed in their lack of communication. We have since been told by many other people that this is the norm in this industry. I wish I would have known that going into this project because I felt we did what we needed to do - we didn't wait until the last minute but pre-planned the project.
I was really p***** when I read the review by someone else who had their pool started and completed prior to mine and hadn't even given their deposit in the fall.
