concrete repair
 + -1 morePhil and his crew replaced my driveway and sidewalk. The initial job looked good with the exception of some finished work against my house. The problem started when the concrete began to pop just over a year after being installed. I was offered a five year warranty. When I called to talk about the popping issue, Phil told me that he would patch the concrete. I have experience in this field and told Phil that this would not fix the issue but only temporarily cover it up. He told me that if the issue was not resolved then he would replace both the sidewalk and driveway. When I made repeated attempts(approx 15 attempts) to contact Phil when the patched portion continue to pop, not one of my phone calls or messages were returned. Phil is untrustworthy and does not stand behind his work. I am writting this review so that others do not have to go through the hassels I had to deal with this contractor. I would look else where before considering this contractor.

After receiving a crazy estimate of $3500 to jackhammer and replace the patio and porch stairs, we were referred to Phil by our neighbor. I couldn't be happier with the prompt response, quick work, and professionalism. The step looks amazing and cost us less than a quarter of the price quoted by another company.

Description of Work: I requested an estimate to re-plaster the 3 outside walls of my add-on kitchen since the wall containing the back door entrance and one window had multiple cracks and falling plaster. After inspecting the 3 walls, Mr. Aiello informed me that only the wall with the window and door needed to be re-done, the other two walls were sound. He also advised that new 'supports' (don't remember correct term) needed to be installed above the door and window frame since the old ones were no longer functioning. I was quite satisfied with the estimate and impressed by Mr. Aiello's honesty about the other walls not needing to be redone that I asked for an estimate to replace the old, short brick steps leading to my porch. He advised that if he lengthen the new steps, I should consider widening the path way leading to them. The complete job included repairing and re-plastering the kitchen wall, building 3 new steps leading to the porch and 5 blocks of new walk way. I am totally satisfied and happy with the work performed by Mr. Aiello and his employees. The work performed is top-quality, all workers were very professional, prompt and friendly. Have already recommended them to others.
