LIBERTY MUTUAL SURETY

I wouldn't use anything else, because I like the way, which company, I think it's Allstate? When that kid hits the back of the car and he's like - right insurance company? And I look at lots of different insurance companies, and if you stick with the big guys, actually Liberty Mutual, cover accidents. They were actually the company that assisted us with this major flood that we had in our house. Our insurance hasn't gone up. 

I think they're like the number one insurance company.  What I like about them, is between my agent, and they were there for when I didn't have an agent and I worked with their 1-800 number and, which is nice that they all speak American English, one thing that's very important to me, I hate to say that, but when I have to sit there and say "Excuse me, can you repeat that?" That's one thing they've always had, people that spoke American English and any time day or night when I needed their assistance, they were there. 

I just feel that they are a real auto or home insurance company. It's not the part where, when you're trying to deal with the price, and then when you have a problem you're not going to get that fix.  They are human, and things happen.
