 + 4 moreWe asked our neighbor to recommend his contractor after his porch construction last summer. Eric came to our home the day after our call. He listened carefully to us as we explained the projects we had in mind, examined our property, took measurements and came back the next day with an estimate. We were fortunate that he had some time in his schedule and after we agreed to the contract he and his builders were on site. Within ten days we had a new back fence and new front porch!
Description of Work: Demolished and removed old porch, excavated and repointed foundation, constructed new porch with uprights, railing, handrail, decorative millwork, and new iron rail fencepost, installed new gutters, painted. Demolished and constructed new back fence to our exact requirements. Cleaned up everything!
