Comes out all too often. We’ve been using him for years. They’re great! We actually used his dad, and his dad passed away, but now this is his son. He’s excellent! He’s fair, he’s reasonably, he’s timely and he’s the kind of guy you want.

James arrived quickly knowing that it was an emergency. He took his shoes off without my asking, and looked at the commode and immediately assessed the problem. It was fixed within 20 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

On the evening of Friday June 7, 2013 I called the emergency number for this plumber because I noticed that my sump pump was not operating and the well was practically full. They came out in the rain to check it and told me that it had stopped raining and it would not overflow that night, that my back up pump would suffice, but to call them on Saturday morning to let them know the status. I did and as they had explained to me there would be some water in the well but it would have gone down which it did. They said they would call me on Monday morning to install another pump. They did and they were out first thing to get the job done. Lucky thing because we had heavy rains that day and I would have had water in the basement had they not done that.

The service was outstanding. I would use them again.

Our overall experience was fantastic. What an absolute pleasure to work with.

Buggy Plumbing did the job very quickly. they have very reasonable prices. they cleaned up after themselves. they came back to make sure everything is complete. it was an overall great experience. i will use them again in the future.
