Very unreliable. It took an undue amount of time for him to complete the task. I had to wait several months for him to install the front door to my residence. He finally got a door, but he cut it wrong. He wasn't often on the job, and sent others to do work. They moved items in the basement that were unnecessary to move. The workers often left debris in my house. It was a terrible experience.
