David Cutler Group

I liked the inside house design. We looked at house plans and that's ow we picked the house. David Cutler Group is a big builder around the area. He contracted stuff to be done on the inside. Or problems were on the outside; the windows weren't installed correctly and my house was filling up with water between the window and the stucco and he wanted me to pay to have it fixed. Every house that he has built at that time has the same problem and he has repaired many of them for free but now that he is running out of money he wants people to pay for it. He was not responsive nor prompt. There's nothing I like abut him, he doesn't repair anything and he lies about everything. We have window sills rotting up and he told me it's because the drain holes were clogged. What it was were my walls were full water and it was rotting out the window sills. It was a normal price for the house.
