Horrible. He was rude , no respect for the costumer. We paid for the service and he didn't fix the oven door. Not professional what so ever!

This company has poor customer service and will try to take money in any event. They charge $80 for issue detection and promise to use it towards the repair/installation but in my case they wanted to charge me extra by not letting me use the detection service money towards installation. Their reasoning was that i did not use their part and bought my own. (they charge twice the market value for buying from them, so i rather had the part shipped to me) I do not have problem with this. It may be their company policy. My issue is that the technician promised me in clear words that I can surely use my detection money towards installation and they did not respect the word/promise of their own employee. Dealing with them has left a bad taste especially when their GM told me that he cares more about the company money rather than keeping one customer satisfied.

THE APPLIANCE DOCTOR'S PHONE REPRESENTATIVE WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. SHE WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE A GARBAGE DISPOSAL INSTALLATION THE DAY BEFORE A MAJOR HOLIDAY. THE INSTALLER ARRIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED THE WORK QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.
