Andy and his guys did a wonderful job on our new roof. We have a rancher, so a lot of roof, so we knew it would not be cheap. Andy gave a very competitive price, offered the newest products and used technology to help us choose colors. Andy and his guys were always on time. Andy always returned my calls in a short period of time. His guys were professional and respected our home. At the end of the job, we did have some small concerns - when you are spending this much money you tend to get nitpicky - but each concerns was addressed quickly and to more than our satisfaction. The work also comes with a 20 year warranty and lifetime on the shingles and boots. With a roof it is a long term investment - so you have to be sure - and we are sure a great job was done and they will stand behind their warranty.

Andy and his team did a phenomenal job! From his initial inspection of the roof, to completion, Andy & his team were always prompt, efficient, & delivered exceptional/quality craftsmanship! They were able to knock out a 3000sqft home in a day! I would highly recommend utilizing APEX for your roofing needs!

Roof went fine. Complete tear-off, replace damaged underlayment, new ridge vents, ice dam shields, rain drip caps... They also recommended we replace four skylights when we do the roof... First time I heard that; apparently skylights and windows have a shelf-life of 10-15 years. Even if the skylights aren't leaking, when replacing the roof, the vibration can break the seal of the skylight. I consulted Angie's List blog, and opinions seem split on the matter. So, why not? Apex's price was still lower than other estimates, even with the skylights. What was most remarkable is Apex didn't require a deposit before work commenced. Even more remarkable, I had to remind them to pick up the payment. So I was pleased with the roof. The portico turned out to be more expensive than estimated, since the framing underneath the vinyl façade needed to be replaced. I thought they tried to overcharge for the added expense, but we settled on a final price. I received a verbal quote for 3 windows: 2 triple panel casements and a double double-hung. They brought in a window specialist who measured meticulously. Despite this, I thought their verbal quote was high, So I'm shopping the windows now. I haven't ruled them out, but need some comparisons.

Andy from APEX was wonderful. He is easy to contact, extremely professional, and timely. He was able to schedule our roof work to be completed within just a few weeks in spite of high demand in our area due to many roofs being damaged in a storm. His crew did an excellent job and completed the work in one day. They cleaned up well. We have been recommending APEX to our neighbors.

Fantastic! Andy was fast and responsive in correspondence. The price was middle of the road... but an exceptional value considering the quality of the work! We decided to go with - Apex Roofing. They came today and completed the job. It is amazing! The day Andy Deibel came to give us an estimate, he had computer software that gave us a visual on what each color shingle would look like on our roof. Thank heavens he had that program, because we would have gone with the same colored roof we had, but with archectual tile. When we saw how the same color shingle looked but with the archectual tile, we did not like the look at all. Initially, we thought we would not want charcoal because we thought it would make our house look too formal, but after seeing the pictures with his software, the charcoal looked great!! So we decided to go with the charcoal. Upon completion, our roof looks pretty much exactly like the photo his software depicted. I have included a picture of our house prior to the new roof, 2 pictures from his software showing us what different colors would look like, and the completed job. The workers were on time, did excellent work and cleaned up so well you would not have even known they were here. Andy stopped by himself today while the roof was being installed to see how things were going. We were very happy with their work. We got his name from our neighbors who used him to replace their roof last year. They were very happy with this company as well. That is why we called and included this company in our companies that we got estimates from. His price was very reasonable. He was honest and provided excellent work. If you are looking for a roofing company, I would highly recommend you include this company when you are looking at roofers. You won't be sorry!

Having never gone through a roof replacement, we had five different roofing companies come for estimates. There was a wide range of estimates and Apex was the clear winner as far as the right balance of competitive pricing and quality materials/workmanship. In addition, Andy was a pleasure to work with. The workers were prompt, worked diligently and never stopped. They actually completed the major portion of the roof in one day returning a second day only to finish a small area and clean up. The clean up of the property was thorough and efficient. The customer service was excellent and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is searching for roofing contractors.

The team was professional. The new roof looks great but most importantly, we have not seen water in the two spots which leaked before the new roof was installed.

James and Andy were a pleasure to work with. They offered excellent product choices, materials and advice. We have a 100 year old house that needed 3 roofs removed (including the original) which in itself was a messy, time and labor intensive process. The Apex crew handled all aspects of the job efficiently and professionally. Clean up was fastidious. Staff and subcontractors were available for the few unforeseen problems that arose. James was often on site and always available while the process was underway. Since completion, we’ve become aware of many little “extras” that were carried out. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Andy Deibel of Apex Roofing is a highly professional company representative. He was thorough in examining the roof first, at the time of the work estimate - actually climbs up on the roof. He was responsive to field any questions, and notified us again prior to day of service. His team was punctual the day of service - they worked steadily, efficiently, did a great job. Clean up of debris at day's end was excellent. The roof looks beautiful. I am completely satisfied with the work.
