ADVANCED CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION

Yes the price was a bit higher than other quotes but Rob had good ideas and described tje acope of work in detail. Rob, Marco and crew were great; professional, friendly, did a good clean up at the end of each day.

Everything went well so far. I am still waiting to have my railings installed as they were custom built after my steps were in place. The company was a little backed up and did not give me a great idea as to when my service would be provided. However they called me and told me that they were able to bump me up and install my steps after about 1 month. They were really nice to talk with on the phone and their price was the most competitive for the services that they were performing which is the main reason I chose them. I have been emailing back and forth and they always get back to me and the phone conversations I have had lead me to believe they actually care about the outcome of their work. I will note that they take such pride in their work that they replaced two of my neighbors concrete slabs just because we shared steps and if this was not completed it would have caused a tripping hazard and not looked right. I appreciated them doing this. I do not even think they got paid for it. They only accept Cash or check for payment. If I don't post anything else on here it means my railing installation went as well as my concrete and I would recommend this company.

Advanced Concrete installed a new patio for me approximately 15’x23’.  They laid a proper base of crushed stone and installed wire mesh in the middle of the pad for additional strength.  I got 3 estimates for the work and Advanced was in the middle of the pack as far as price was concerned.  I chose Advanced because from a quality perspective I thought they would do the best work. I liked the fact that their proposal included the installation of the wire mesh without me having to ask for it.  The other 2 bids I got did not plan on using the wire and I was told that it was unnecessary / overbuilding for a patio.   That was the difference to me.  Advanced was not trying to cut corners and used the right materials for the job. 
Note, one of the other bids I got was from an Angie’s list peer company with significantly more reviews than Advanced.  Those guys bid was 150% higher than Advanced and they were cutting corners on materials.  If you plan on getting concrete work done, I still recommend getting three bids but make sure one of them is from Advanced.
