They broke many things and acted like nothing happened. Really funny!

OK. Price seemed high for amount of furniture and boxes we needed moved.

I used A1 Plus a couple weeks ago for a smaller job. 9They rescued me after another company no-showed and did a great job.) I was so relieved that Keith and Eric were able to do this bigger job as well. In both cases they were so kind and very professional. They worked hard and got the job done in a short a period of time as possible. Their rates are better than some other companies who do not perform as well. These guys are the best!

They were supposed to be here at 2 and didn't get here to 3:30. I showed him the apt that we were in and the apt that we were moving to. I gave him all the instructions on what I wanted done. The guy that was running the show was the owner and was constantly telling him to get off the phone. He kept yelling orders at the guy that was actually doing a good job. Then we came to the sofa and told me that it was going to be a $25 fee to move the sofa. He said it was in the same category to move a refrigerator. This was not in the fine print. I finally gave in because I needed to get this done. When we were moving the sofa down the stairwell he tore the sofa in several different places. He said I was responsible for it. They were not here for the full 3 hours so I asked him if that was going to be prorated for the full hour he was not working. He obviously declined and I had to pay for it. The owner was extremely unprofessional and the customer service was awful.

Keith had helped me move when I hired Gingerly Packed to help me move my furniture from my apartment in King of Prussia to my condo in Wayne. Keith (along with Corey) were both friendly, courteous, and professional. They even helped me reassemble my bed at my new place. I would definitely hire A1 for a future move and highly recommend others to do the same. Thanks again and good luck!
