We were very happy with it. I got them thru Angie's List. I was happy with the quality of work, the punctuality and all of the clean up. I was also happy with the whole process of the design. It was good.

iTey were punctual in providing the initial estimate. This was an Andersen double hung window on the front of our home. I ordered the window which took about a week to arrive. They called and came out and installed the replacement glass. While installing the glass, I noticed that the glass was approx. 1/8 inch too small on the sides, which created a black border just before the wood casement. The integrity of the seal wouldn't have been compromised.
It could have been overlooked, and really not seen from the outside, unless you were looking closely. I asked the installer if they could do a little better with the fit and he said and quot;not a problemand quot;. I asked him if I could pay him in the meantime and he said that they would be paid when the job was complete. They ordered the new replacement, and within two weeks I received a call that the new glass was in.
They came back promptly, removed the other piece and installed the exact piece this time. The finished the job, cleaned up and I gave him a check. Excellent service, and standing behind their reputation as a good company. Highly recommended.
