The job started on October 28, 2011. It started out well , the first two days, his crew cut one tree down. He asked for a $2000 deposit and said the remaining balance could be paid after the job was complete. He said they would be back in a few weeks to finish. OUR mistake was to give ANY money before the job was complete. Then for the next ten months they gave us every excuse under the sun about why they could not come to finish the job. In June 2012 they finally came after many phone calls and emails. They removed the stump from the first tree and picked up remaining debris. One tree is still standing and he said he would refund $300 for our troubles, we never received any refund. I would NEVER recommend Rudulph Enterprise Tree Service.
