"we advised the customer to keep the dog out the work area until the polyurathane is dry we are professionals and we know how sensitive the polyurathane is when its wet instead of t aking our advise they favored the dogs desires and allowed the dog to roam thru the work site tracking dirt and flying hair on the floor after we put our hard fought sweat and labor relentlessly into the floors to get them beautiful after allowing our work to be disrespected and dogged out once we are not interested in coming back to be disrespected and dogged out twice we gave the customer everything they paid for as we do all of our customers but its not our dog we can only give advise we cant control your house or your dog most considerate AND RESPECTFUL people wich is the majority of people we worked with either leave the dog in the back yard or the basement or lock in a room for their safety until the floor are dry we didnt mess up the final coat you allowed the dog to mess it up LETS BE HONEST ABOUT IT"

"What this customer is not telling you is we took this job on a days notice we started the job and he left town the next day he ask me to pick out the color of the stain he didnt really know what color he wanted but the existing floor had multiple colors in it and any one of the four colors would be fine (as a rule i always let customers picked out their own colors but in this case he insisted and left town so this job is a 5 day process and with rmovind and putiing the furniture back it becomes a seven day process when the customer returned the job was completely finished to perfection. he said he did not like the stain color i felt bad that he wasnt happy so we repeat the whole 7 day process free of charge including putting the furniture back and OUR THANK YOU FOR A GALLANT EFFORT WAS his comment above mutiple trips to complete the job WOW! HE FORGOT TO TELL YOU THAT WE DELIVERED MARVELOUS FLOORS!!!"

"first off, i didnt stain the floors the wrong color, she asked that the floors be sanded and poylurathaned i gave her what she asked me to do when it was time to pay she pretended not to speak english to well, (consumer name withheld per their request) is a muslim from afghanistan with a thick accent she uses it to only understan what she wants to and to make matters worst nouza is addicted to drugs (opioids). she stayed lock up in her rooml day everyday and when she came out the room occasionaly for 10 or 15 minutes you could see a very noticeable change in her appearance, her character and her slured speech it became obvious to me that she was stressed out and very depressed her 2 daughters would stand outside her closed door and put their ears to the door to hear what she was talking about and who she was talking to it became clear to me they didnt trust her judgement and while i was there they show her very little respect everyday (this started to worry me) she was stressed and depressed she was under a lot of pressure trying to get the house sold and off the market i felt sad for her after seeing her kids show her no respect every day i saw her deteriorate her skin was dehydrated and dry her eyes were black circles around them and she was very thin almost skin and bones so i tried to uplift her spirits i told her not to worry about the floors i will take care of them and they will help her sell the house everything will work out fine, being the christian that i am i reached out to give her a church hug she told me in her country its not allowed to hug a woman if its not your wife i know your trying to be nice but i dont want a hug so i told her you looked like you need one but i can respect your space no problem (to me she looked like she wasnt gonna make it thru the job but i showed her respect anyway and proceeded with the floors when it came close to time to pay she claimed she had to go to the airport to pick somebody up and she will leave the money with one of her daughters before she left i showed her a sample piece of wood sanded with two coats of polyurathane she said that would be fine if its looks close to that i reassured her it would ok my daughter will have the money and she will pay you she left as i finished the floors and asked the daughter for the money she said her mother didnt leave any money she always lies to us she probaly when to get more you know what i dont think you gonna she her anytime soon dont know what to tell you I ARUGED with the daughter ramping like anybody would who work their but off without getting paid NOW I WAS STUCK I LEFT THE JOB WITHOUT NO MONEY THE BALANCE WAS $ 2,700 HAVENT SEEN A PENNY OF THE MONEY TO THIS DAY ?"

"trudy to be honest with you and i try to stay away from personal opinions about people but you are a very mean spirit person your very cranky and shady i never seen you happy or smile you wore sunglasse and the whole time i was there instead you naged and naged about everything you you ask me at 9:00 when i arrived what was my plan of action and what was i going to get done today faiir enough most people want to know how to plan their day but after telling you at 9:00 you ask the same question again at 11:00 and again at 12:00 again at 2:00 and 3:00 and then 3:50 at that point how could anybody not be defensive then next day you gave more of the same really theres nothing appropiate about the same question all day more humiliating than anything else wich you wear on your sleeve like a badge of honor you say i dropped the youg man off and was gone for the day i think your memory is failing you you musta forgot you naged and ask me same questions all day and that young man age 17 was a honor roll student in a vocational school out for the summer he didnt want to work at mcdonald for the summer on his resume he sent to me when he applied for the job his ambition was to start his own bussiness so i hired him and was teaching him the bussiness he was a very dedicated and hard working young man he had the discipline of a 30yr. old he never forgot you all summer he talked about how cold and nasty you treated me for no apparent reason you were the worst customer he serviced all summer you were the worst customer i serviced in 20 yrs. and just so you know trudy thats why you pay your rubbish removal garbage man they are paid to take away the garbage not me, im a flooring contractor as i told you. trudy, i would never work for you again and I ADVISE ALL CONTRACTORS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LADY SHES NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION BEWARE!!! and bossy as a result we clash be cause im a boss YOU DONT LIKE MEN BOSSES YOUR LIVE IN GIRLFRIEND EVEN AVOIDS YOU MOST OF THE DAY FROM WHAT I SAW"
