Could not find anyone to look at this "foreign made" wall heater after 3 frustrating weeks. N.E.W. responded and agreed to have a look. Problem was identified, system was repaired and we are back in business. Bold action also save me $1572.00 for a new "American made" wall heater plus installation costs.
