The owner was professional and gave a reasonable estimate for mowing and also snow removal services. The lawn was mowed the same day we hired the company. We are very satisfied with the service, and in fact , recommended them to our neighbor, who also hired this company.

I interacted on the phone with the owner John. He gave me an option of 2 prices to mow my lawn using different mowers. I appreciated the options since the lower estimate was cheaper by $30. The workers doing the mowing were supposed to call me ahead of the job but they didn't. The workers didn't check with the person at the house to find out about the property lines and where to cut. As a result several sections of grass weren't cut correctly. I called John about this situation and he had the workers return to correctly complete the job.

John was responsive to questions. He came out and told me what he would do and as others have said, gave me an estimate on the spot. The day they came to cut the trees down, they completed the work in about 8 hours - at the end of the day, they cleaned up all the "tree wreckage" in the yard.
