carpet installation, flooring contractor
 + 0 moreThe quality of the carpeting is satisfactory. This company failed with the installation. The installer rescheduled me 3 times. The third time he didn't call to reschedule...he just didn't show and didn't answer my phone calls. When I contacted the owner, she told me the installer told her the job was done and everything was perfect! She never bothered to check. I had to find another installer at a cost of $350. She said she would reimburse me and never did. I would NOT recommend this vendor. Buyer beware!!! Now, months later, after promises to reimburse me have resulted in no money, I feel I have no recourse but to warn other consumers.
Description of Work: Purchased wall-to-wall carpeting for 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairway, with installation.
