Tony (the owner) and Vince did a great job on trying to resurrect my old computer, and when it was too far gone, they got me a new computer, at a very reasonable price, and transferred the old data to the new box. It was done over the Christmas and New Year's time frame, and though there were holidays, they completed their work quickly and efficiently. They took a lot of time to explain the new system to me, and answered all my questions. Many thanks!

Brought my PC to JJJCOM. I was having problems turning on my computer and having it boot up every time. Charged me a $30 diagnostic fee. Said the power supply was bad & would replace it for $70. PC was ready in about 5 days. Works great. Would definitely use them in the future.

Brought it in and Tony told us it would be thirty dollars for an evaluation. The evaluation would include his recommendation on what was needed or if it was even worthwhile repairing the computer. Tony made his diagnosis and gave us a quote. Even though he ran into a couple of issue which increased the amount of time, he stuck with his estimate. I'll go back the next time I need any computer related requirements. Tony took the time to ensure all our questions were answered and our needs taken care of. First rate service.

It was wonderful! I am a long time customer there and I have never had a problem! He is always fair and always does his best! My sons laptop wouldn't charge, so of course we took it in... he really had a hard time with it and it took him a lot longer to work on because of how a jack was attached to the mother board (or something like that, not sure of the exact computer lingo for it)either way this laptop was a major pain for him. He was still very friendly and fair. He should have charged more for how long it took him but he didn't. Well to make it worse the laptop basically did the same thing again, and I had to take it back. I called right away to let them know BUT I wanted to try to order a new plug for it to make sure it wasn't the problem and I totally forgot about it due to a death in the family and well over a month after all of this I finally got it back into him. He figured out what it was, the battery went bad and he ordered that and the charger I wanted to get but didn't and because this happened right after we had it in to him he didn't charge me more. He is a very honest and reliable person who doesn't just take pride in his work he really does care! At JJJCOM they don't just do a great job they go out of their way for you! This is definitely one place that goes above and beyond and in todays world that is getting harder to find! I have dealt with them for so long and it would take forever to tell you about all of my experiences but I can tell you this it is the only place I will go, all of my work has been done in a timely and professional manor and being a business owner my life is on that computer and I wouldn't trust it to anyone else!

My most recient expierence with JJJCOM went like this. I had a pretty good idea what was wrong with a laptop that I have, but I wanted to be sure. I took the laptop in to have it looked at. Come to find out, it wasn't was I thought it was, great save!! Next, I was advised that this part I am needing is specific to the laptop, so I couldn't just go out and get just any replacement. They did not have the part in store but I was directed to the appropriate place to find a purchase the part. It was even offered to me that once the part came in, they would even put it in for me.
