They did a great job on a very old house, no easy task.

Worked hard, older home so more difficult, did a great job. Very responsive. They stand behind their work.

Well it did not go well.

I ordered a triple glazed window with three panes of glass.

Paid for a triple glazed window with three panes of glass.

When I inspected the window when I came home that night I could not see the third pane.

Guess what?  There was none.  They installed a double pane window.   But they said yep you  ordered a triple but we got a double and that is what we installed.   But no problem we will have a new one for you in three months.

Three months ! .. I bought the window for the cold weather.. Now I will get the new one in spring..

From the beginning to the end of the job, Northeast Windows was an absolute pleasure to deal with! To begin, I called the office and the woman on the phone was very accommodating to my schedule and was able to schedule an appointment right away. When the representative showed up, I was surprised to find out he was the owner! Joe was extremely friendly, knowledgable and prompt with his estimate; within a couple days of my appointment I had a detailed estimate in hand. Furthermore, I was able to call the office to schedule my appointment when I was ready. Northeast window definitely provided the best quality for the best price!

When it came to the actual install, I cannot speak highly enough about the crew! They were extremely professional, preformed quality work, and paid extreme attention to detail. In my opinion, the quality of the product and the quality of the work provided by Northeast Windows cannot be matched! I will be hiring them for ALL of my future projects. Companies like this are truly hard to find!

I got quotes from 5 different window companies. Northeast were by far the most professional, most knowledgeable, and most reasonably priced. The windows haven't been installed yet but they will be in January. I am writing this review about my dealings with them and other companies. I will be updating this once the windows are installed. Joe the owner/salesman was extremely professional. He is very honest with what he charges. I am paying in cash so I asked him if there was wiggle room with the quote he gave me and his response was fair and true. He said Matt I give the most fair and lowest price in the business the first time. He said that if anyone would beat him in price it was because they were not giving me the best product they offered and that they were cutting their cost somewhere in the process weather trim, installation, caulk, foam/insulation, or the actual window wasn't what they originally offered. I did some research and realized he was right reading other peoples reviews on other companies. I think I made an excellent decision going with Northeast Window. I can't wait to finish/update this review after installation in completed!
