Excellent installation. Arrived at promised time. Had enough manpower to complete the job. Cleaned up and removed all waste. He even vacuumed. Thoroughly insulated window including gaps were previous window lacked insulation. Even though he ran into some unexpected problems during installation the final cost was exactly what he estimated. No additional charges. I would definitely recommend this company.

So, you want a professional, someone conscientious, someone who will return your phone calls or emails expeditiously, someone who will actually show up for an appointment, someone who will even call you if he’s running a bit late? You want a knowledgeable installer to give you your quote? Someone that can tell you exactly what will be done, how it will be done, and clearly explain your options? Don’t want a fast talking salesman, that doesn't know which end of the hammer to hold, that leaves you to deal with the “installers”? Call Jim. Jim was the consummate Pro!! He was very pleasant and extremely professional, throughout the installation process he was very informative and the end result was fantastic. His attention to detail was incredible right down to the cleanup and removal of the old windows and related trash. Jim was great and would strongly recommend his services.

Jim came to our rescue after our home was hit by a car. There was substantial damage to several rooms, especially the front wall and door. Jim and Mike got to work immediately after we received the proposal to rebuild the load bearing framework and stop the house from settling without support. Following this they began removing and rebuilding the damaged walls, hanging drywall, and prepping everything for paint.
We selected a basic door with plain sidelight to replace the damaged unit but Jim suggested some other doors which were much nicer, for a minimal additional cost. We are so glad he made this suggestion, the new door is substantially better than the one we had chosen.
Once the new door was installed they removed and re-installed tile in the foyer, grouted and sealed it, which was a several day process waiting for everything to dry. During this time Jim and Mike built us a temporary bridge so we could get over the tile and access the rest of our house, which was a great idea. They also did some custom work to reattach a loose step and make it level with the tile, very nice work.
The first room to be completed was the laundry. The ceiling and walls were freshly painted, new closet doors, shelves and a new vent for the dryer were all installed. Following this they moved upstairs to paint the ceiling and walls in the foyer, living and dining rooms. They finished everything off with new wood trim and re-installed the banister more securely than it was originally.
We are extremely pleased with the results. Jim and Mike did a fantastic job bringing our house back to normal after the accident, I am so glad they were able to handle the diverse amount of work required for this repair. They were very professional and always punctual throughout the entire engagement. Jim communicated all concerns and walked us through every decision. He really helped to make a bad situation much easier to deal with.

Jim held to the schedule we negotiated and stayed with the project until complete, he advised me in advance of any time off he would take.
He did a professional job and has provided followup service as we discussed.

As required in our agreement he removed and disposed of old venetian blinds.

Jim offered alternatives for consideration during the sales negotiation and provided a written contract before starting the work.

We agreed in advance on the Change orders I requested.

All in all one of the best contractors I have dealt with.

I can't say enough good things about Jim and Mike. Not only are they great guys but extremely hard workers and are very professional. They do excellent work. I was going to do the work myself but didn't have the time and I didn't want the hassles. I'm so glad I didn't and hired Jim and Mike. They are very knowledgeable in regards to all facets of doors and windows and if it took two professionals 7 hours to complete this install just image how much time it would have taken me to get everything done and look professional. These guys are great. On the quote I received from Jim it states "I don't charge handy man prices because I'm not a handyman". That is the truth. In this case you definitely get what you pay for.

He comes on time, the work is done on time, and he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He's very trustworthy and gives the correct price before the work is done and he doesn't end up raising it later. He had to cut the doors certain ways to fit, which took longer, but he didn't end up charging extra because of that. He wants to do a good job.
