Description of Work: Belovich Homes is the same owners as The Belovich Group. After building our home they filed for bankruptcy and did not pay many of their subcontractors. Subsequently when attempting to contact for their so-called 5 year warranty which no response was given. When contacting the subcontractors directly they wanted nothing to do with warranty work because they were owed thousands of dollars Luckily for us the work on our home was completed but i know of many projects they started and walked away from. Now they just open under a new company and disreguard all the customers they fell short of their obligations and left new home owners with much unfinished work along with a useless warranty.. They built a decent home for a reasonable price but due to the lack of response after pleading for a call back and several reports from warehousing and contractors that were owed money, that is enough information for us not to do any further business whatsoever.

 + -1 moreI could not of had a better experience. They answered all my questions right away. The home was built in a timely manor. The company was very polite and very professional. The experience was one hundred percent stress free.
Description of Work: The company came out to give me an estimate. They built my home.
