SHIPPING WAS FAST, NO SALES TAX AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE ONLINE BY FAR. UNFORTUNATELY, A WEEK LATER, I GOT A CALL FROM A REP WHO TOLD ME THEY HAD SENT A CANADIAN VERSION BY MISTAKE AND NEEDED TO GET IT BACK. THEY COULDN'T TELL ME WHEN THE US VERSION WOULD BE IN, SO I JUST ASKED FOR A REFUND AND ORDERED IT FORM ANOTHER ONLINE RETAILER. HOWEVER, I NOTICED THEY HADN'T REFUNDED MY SHIPPING SINCE I HAD KEPT THE $15 SEAT PROTECTOR. I DID HAVE TO SEND TWO ''BACK AND FORTH E-MAILS''. THE LATER ONE WAS VERY STERNLY WORDED AFTER THEY INITIALLY SAID NO TO THE SHIPPING REFUND BECAUSE I KEPT THE SEAT PROTECTOR, BUT IN THE END THEY APOLOGIZED AND CREDITED ME APPROPRIATELY.
