Was a busy day for Tom. He indicated that he would arrive around 3 pm. Arrived around 4:20 pm. The problem was no heat in the house in near zero outside temperatures. Tom identified quickly that the safety cut off switch was tripped which he advised meant that the coils were probably dirty causing the boiler to overheat. Tom disassembled the units and found the coils were in fact dirty. Tom used a chemical solution and water to clean the coil and we were back in heating mode within an hour.
Tom's father installed the unit which was reasonably priced in 1994. Tom was working with his Dad at that time and carried on when his Dad retired.

The problem is that he kept blowing us off. He wouldn't return calls for days and sometimes weeks. After contacting him at least 3-4 times and getting the run around each time, we gave up and switched companies. Though the original install was fine, the absolutely unprofessional manner with which he handled the subsequent problems is totally unacceptable. We will never use his services again.

Had a commercial cooler that quit working and had Tom come out and take a look at it. He was very professional and neat. He advised me that it needed a new compressor (I kinda thought that would be the case) Tom said it would take a few days to order a new one and that he would install it as soon as it came in. It took him about an 1 1/2 hours to install.

They quickly found the cause of the problem and the appropriate correction. Other companies had wanted to sell me a new furnace, which was completely unnecessary.

Very nice, prompt and polite. He was able to come quickly, even in the middle of a heat wave (no one else could come for several days). His pricing seemed very fair.

Tom was prompt, polite and very efficient. Before he left, he was able to give me prices for both options, along with his suggestions. I was very pleased with his professional knowledge and his service.
