Used Y & Q to purchase/assemble and deliver cabinets. Cabinets were beautiful, assembled impeccably, on time and reasonably priced. They handled any damaged parts and ordered additional parts without hesitation. Granite countertop was installed perfectly and sealed. I couldn’t be happier with Y & Q. I researched extensively and believe I made a great choice. White Shaker Style Maple Wood cabinets with green Uba Tuba Granite. Caution: Big Box Home stores were 3 times more expensive.

From the moment I walked into the store the Melody was very helpful in showing me around and going over everything involved. Since I had all the rough measurements she was able to give me an estimate right there on the spot. The price was unbeatable so I was a little worried about the craftsmanship but I was told not to worry by the person who recommended Y&Q Home Plus. We scheduled an onsite measurement for 2pm and the gentlemen showed up at 1:45 and was ready to go. He went over everything he was going to do and then said he would come get me when he was done. 20 minutes later we were going over everything. The next day Melody called and gave me the final price which was almost exactly the same as the rough estimate. We did a 50% down over the phone and scheduled the installation. Mind you this was 12 days before Thanksgiving and they asked if I want the counters installed prior to the holiday, it would be rushed but they would work it out. Knowing the holidays and having my own commitments we schedule for the following week for a 10am start. Again they were a early showing up at 9:45 and went right to work. The installers showed me what they were working with and made sure the area was safe and clean and then started laying down coverings over the floor. 12:30 everything was installed and asking where i wanted the holes drilled for the sink (1 hole/3 hole). The guys made sure to wipe down everything and vaccum the area and then caulked everywhere it needed it. I couldn't believe the final look, it was a complete success. I would and I have recommended Y&Q Home Plus to several family and friends, 2 of which are in the process of getting new counter tops. I couldn't be happier!!!! Yand Q has the best prices around for cabinets and countertops. The cabinets were good quality and I installed them on my own (they do not install cabinets, they will just deliver them) and their crew installed the countertops. The language barrier does create a bit of a challenge but overall I was able to work through any issues we had. My only complaint is that the cabinets took longer to come in than anticipated which created a bit of an inconvenience as the rest of the kitchen remodel/gut was based on their timeframe and I got a bit of a run-around on the explanation which left me without cabinets for 2 extra weeks. However, in the end the crews were very professional, the product was good quality and I'm very happy with the results. I'd recommend Yand Q for your kitchen remodel.

They gave me the best price out of the places in town. They guys were on time, in fact about an hour early which was a surprise. They guy that came out to do the measurement and estimate spoke good english but the crews do not so it is difficult to communicate with them. Overall though I would say they did a good job
