More expensive than anyone else in the area, and it has faded within a few weeks. When at the store I was ignored by staff until I had to seek someone out to help me, and then was treated like an inconvenience. Never going back here again.

On May 10, 2020 went to purchase plants. No employees were wearing masks. The person in charge was unconcerned when I questioned this, had a bunch of specious excuses, and then insulted me. This is an irresponsible business.

We purchased about 6 CY of dyed black mulch in mid June. Upon delivery, we immediately covered it to keep it in good condition until we could place it in our yard. We spread the majority of it on June 15, 2016, and had some left over, so we recovered it until we had time to use the rest. June 27, 2016 we went out to place the remaining mulch. Before we even placed what was left, we could see how badly the initial placement had faded. It will have been two week to the day today that we placed it and there is zero color left in it. Not only have we wasted over $300, we have wasted two days spreading this mulch around the entirety of our home. We contacted Wholesale Mulch and Jason indicated that all distributors in the area get dyed black mulch comes from the same place. I find this hard to believe, in that we order mulch every year and we have NEVER had issues like this. He told us about how it is dyed, then offered to come re-dye our mulch. We agreed upon July 11, 2016 to do so. This is the email we received: "We just got done spraying your mulch, but not all of it. We cannot warranty actions of mother nature in accordance to fading from the sun. It wasn't washed out, it was from being in the direct sunlight. We left two bottles of dye in the mulch bed by your front steps. Mix one of those bottles with 2 gallons of water into a sprayer and apply accordingly. Please be careful spraying, it can stain your grass, concrete, clothes, etc. The black is not a natural color and is a man made material so unfortunately, there will be some type of fading. Any questions, please feel free to call me Thank you, Jason" Well considering they left work for us to do after they had agreed to retreat all our mulch we called. They offered to bring more mulch. When we said that both these options are unacceptable, Jason laughs and hands the phone to his father whom then proceeds to tell us "That's my F*#king son and if you have a F*#king problem you come to my store and we deal with it" Never in my life have I been treated in such a manner. I can guarantee that we will shop elsewhere. What type of owner using the "F" word in dealing with customers? Eventually the entirety of our money was refunded, however I would still never choose to work with this company again.

The staff was very helpful in determining the amount of topsoil I needed. I did over estimate myself and ended up getting too much but would rather have too much than not enough. I ordered the topsoil and it was delivered on the same day within 2 hours. The driver was very accommodating when I asked to dump topsoil in 2 different locations that were tight spaces to fit the truck There was a little bit of damage to the yard, but in all honesty, I was surprised it wasn't worse.
The only complaint was that it was pricey compared to a few other places I found on the internet, but this was the closest to my house. I also would have preferred raw topsoil over screened because it would have been cheaper. But they did not sell it eventhough their website indicated they did.
Other than that, I would purchase products from them again.

Went well, quick response, answered all questions, helped us understand what gravel we needed for our situation (and when it'd be best to do the top smaller stuff if we feel we'd like it down the road) and priced fair.

Wholesale Mulch and Gravel has a nice facility where it is easy to see the various gravels, mulches and manures, each piled in its own bin. The prices are about what other suppliers charge, for the material you purchase but if you ask and are a repeat customer, you can probably get a coupon for a discount. You deal directly with the owner, who has always been there when I have gone. The difference between this and other suppliers that I have tried is the delivery charge. It is lower here and makes a significant difference in the total cost. Delivery is prompt and the material carefully dumped.
