It was obvious Brent was a specialist in how my old house heating system worked. The difference between him and the technician we used for 30+ years prior to his retirement was remarkable! He disassembled old parts, repaired and assembled new ones with ease and confidence. But, what I liked most about Brent was his patience with me during a stressful time in my life. I needed to get repairs done in a short period of time frame in order to close on my house. He understood the pressure I was under, showed kindness, and made sure the job got done. If you are looking for a customer focused HVAC technician, heâ s your guy! I highly recommend him!
