They did a good job.

They were great. They were awesome. The guy was excellent. It was 3 or 4 hours watching the guy climb up the pole and into the basement and run the wiring. I handle anything that needs done for my father-in-law. I'm 60, he's 89. He's capable, but he likes me being there. They are randomly picking people to upgrade their phone service. It was excellent. I have no complaints. I wish I didn't have to be there for four hours, but I'm just being a conscientious son-in-law. His phone is working great. I don't know why they had to do the upgrade. They are kind of expensive. The guy did a great job. Everything was good. Very efficient, professional. It was really good.

They are expensive for the service. With phone company service, you don't have a choice. That's the whole problem. It's a monopoly.

It went very well. I was changing from a different carrier to Verizon.  They were very helpful in the transition of old service to their services, assisted with setting up the phone, did not pressure me into a plan I did not want nor any add ons that I did not want. They were very efficient, knowledgable and professional.

It was good.

It was difficult getting through to Verizon but we persevered. The customer service technician we talked to while setting up the computer was fantastic. He understood that we're fairly low-tech people and was very patient with us. He spoke in 'low-tech' terms so we could follow his instructions. We got disconnected at one point and he called us right back.
Our only complaint is that you have to go through a very long menu to get to customer support. Fortunately, it was worth the hassle.

I thought that they were the best available services when we moved into the area. I will use them again in the future.

I'm pretty happy with them.  I have wireless in the house which is really nice.  They are fine.  The problems I've had have been solved fairly quickly.   I hate their phone system because I feel like I'm on it for hours going through all the different menus to finally get through to a person.

My connection is stable. The overall experience and price are average. The quality of service is good. I will continue to use this provider.

.The service is good but they have a problem with their billing deportment.. As far as recommending someone else to Verizon I would say that whoever you have in your area use them would not recommend one wireless compnay over another. For where I live  I will continue to use them for they do have good coverage.

SERVICEMAN WAS LATE TO ARRIVE. WORK WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM VERIZON. OVERALL, WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
