It's about $150 a month. We just have the most minimum amount of channels. Sometimes the internet is not super reliable. The price is way too high. It's too much.

I have fiber optics through them. They have a really hard time managing coming out when they say they are going to. They have a shortage of people. I lost my phone service and they weren't able to send anyone out for a week. The tech they sent out was good, he did what he needed to do and was gone. He was a good guy and he explained things and he was nice to the dog.

Verizon was bad. I have spotty service with Verizon. In general it was ok but it wasn't spectacular. Having switch now I realized that there is a lot better was out there.

Everything functions fine and their pricing is comparable to other providers. I had problems with their customer service at one time when they sent me a new DVR that I did not order. I spent more time than I wanted on the telephone with them trying to get the issue resolved.

If we have ever had a problem, they always fix it. I like that I get a person when I call and not a machine. We used to drive tractor trailers and tried different providers. No one was as good as Verizon. They will go the extra mile to help you instead of loosing a customer.

I have had no issues so far. I have been happy with the service. It was bundled with my Direct TV. The service has been good. I have no complaints. The internet connection has been very fast.

We have not really had any problems. They usually give a four-hour window to come out whenever I need service. I am satisfied with their service.

We've used them for 3 years. We are very happy with them. If they have a special going on and I call and ask about it, they will give me the special rate. There was a point where one of the specials ran out and our bill went up about $50 so I called and talked to them and we reworked something out to bring it back down. The price is comparable. Their price would have to go up quite a bit before I would consider going with anybody else. We were with another company and didn’t like them near as much.

I get a discount on having my internet service with my phone service. The thing about Verizon is that they put you on hold forever and transfer you all around. I really don't like that but I don't have very many choices for this service.

VERIZON WIRELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE ALWAYS POLITE, BUT MANY TIMES CONTRADICT EACH OTHER. THE SERVICE I RECEIVE THROUGH VERIZON WIRELESS IS EXCELLENT.
