After I had spoken with a customer service rep, LeShawn, the manager, told me they could not refund my money. I had pages full of documentation in the form of electronic bills, names and dates of Verizon employees I'd spoken with, a ticket number, and an email from Verizon thanking me for returning the equipment one week after I canceled service; all to no avail. They weren't refunding my money. They said the account was closed and the check probably already sent, so I asked for a confirmation number that indeed the account was closed or some verification that a check was issued. He used the in-store phone to call some Verizon dept. to allegedly get me the confirmation number. He allowed me to stand there waiting for a half hour, listening to some canned recording, while he made a personal call. I finally asked him to call or text me with the confirmation number and he said that if I left, he would do no such thing. I left. This is not professionalism. I wonder if he would have behaved differently if this wasn't the only equipment return store in the area. Unless you enjoy wasting your time being lied to and jerked around, you'd be better off avoiding this place.

They have good service. It's consistent. I think the price is ridiculously high.

Everything was a packaged deal and they did not charge for the installation. Our experience with them was not great at all. They did not bring all of the equipment that they were supposed bring. The internet was not as fast as they promised. There were a lot of mess ups in the order and errors that could not be corrected by phone call. Every time we called we would get a different story from different agents. We terminated the service with in the 30 day cut off period and went back to Comcast. They also never made it clear to him that he was signing a 2 year contract and that it was a contract with termination fees. They also never got back to us or returned our calls. The service techs were professional and they were never rude to us. The contract has still not been terminated officially since they have put a lock ticket on the account so that nothing could be changed. They said that a bill will still come of a little over $200 but we should disregard it and the one for about $60 to settle it. They have not got then back to us and we don't know if we can trust their follow up. If we continue to have difficulties with them and they don't send us a notification to say that the bill have been terminated and they expect us to pay the bill we will seek your help.
