My dogs love Kim. When they here her van on the street they make funny happy noises and press there noses through the gate leading to the front door, even my shyest Dachshund. Kim shows such affection for the dogs, it's like she is a member of the family. They go out one at a time, Kim knows the order, Beagle, chubby limping Dachshund, shy Dachsund. She carries the little guys out when it is their turn. They love it, She remembers the Dachsies get special shampoo and gives each dog a new bandana after they are dried. The colors change each grooming, and are holiday varieties when holidays are near. She is thoughtful and treats the dogs like her own. I'm thrilled we found her. And not only do I get clean, happy dogs, My Beagle doesn't shed as much.

Kim shows up on time, takes a minute to visit the dogs since they are way to excited to see her then takes her time washing them. We started using Kim a yr or two ago after we saw how happy our neighbors dogs were when they saw her van pull in to the driveway. Kim is a true animal lover, our dogs start barking before she gets on our street. In the past our dogs Otis, Remus, and Voldie never liked getting groomed, It got to the point we had to give them baths ourselves because they were getting so upset when they had to go to the groomers that we used to use. Now since we found Vantastic they LOVE getting Groomed, they are excited to get groomed. Our dog Remus has IVD disease, He uses a Eddies Wheels cart to get around most the time, Kim is always so careful with him and all the guys. We are so happy we met her and we use her once a month. We will use Kim as long as she is in business. We trust Kim with our fur kids, she treats them like they are hers. Thank you Kim for doing such a great job and running a wonderful business!!

They are wonderful. I spent about $104 for two dogs. They are punctual and Kim comes when she is supposed to. She is very good with the dogs. She cares about your pets and she handles them very well. My one dog can’t wait to see her. When she is at the door, he jumps to get out and go with her. She brings him back in and I have to hold the other one back. We have three dogs, but we use this service only for two dogs. It’s a good experience for the dogs. You can take them to be groomed just to her place. I would use her services in the future too. In fact, she is coming in two weeks.

She arrived at my house right on time. She was very professional and friendly. She had all the supplies that she needed for the job. She was good with my dog and was able to deal with his squirming. She was here for about an hour. When she left she even gave me a tooth brush for my dog. For the service, I think the price was very reasonable.

Kim provided a cost estimate during my initial telephone call, based on the services that I requested and dog breed. She called the day before to confirm and arrived on time. Her mobile grooming van is completely self-contained and did not require water or power hook-ups. She let me stay in the van while she worked (at my request), was great with the dogs and very personable. It took her about 90 minutes to wash and dry 2 large dogs. I was extremely satisfied with her services and would recommend her to anyone who doesn't want to or can't take their dog to a grooming facility.
