I did not realize what a difference new Windows would make! My house now looks amazing but I was stressing because I knew Windows would be expensive. Mark cane out and measured my Windows and very patiently explained the different types of Windows. He even shared with me the type he recommends for his family members. He showed me Windows that would solve my concerns i.e. I wanted warmth and Windows that looked normal but would provide UV protection for my carpets and furniture. When the windows were installed the contractors were on time, personable, and never left a mess. In fact they were extremely careful to not hurt my walls and to make sure the new Windows were really sealed in and again did not hurt my walls. They were so careful when they replaced some of the Decorative facie on the front of the house and always checked with me to make sure I was alright with the look on the front of my house. They were also very patient in discussing with me the storage of my new screens as well as the installation of the screens in the Spring. Putting in new Windows was a huge monetary investment for us and VCS patiently walked us through the entire process!

We played phone tag for a while, but when we finally connected Mark was very friendly and professional.
Within a few days of our call he visited our home and a few days after that, he got back to me with a budgetary number.
We have not moved forward with the addition yet, but will certainly consider Mark if we do.
