I had this repair shop add rings to a medium handbag so that it could be used as a cross body. One of the rings came lose and I took it back to be fixed. The gentleman who finally waited on me after a time became very rude. I told him what I needed and that he had already installed the original rings. He started to yell about having to take the large ring off and how much trouble that it would be and he did not know if he had a larger ring(s). I tried to explain to him that he did the original work and he DID NOT care to listen to me. I am sorry but I would never recommend this place if this is the treatment you get. Besides they were a little pricey on installing the ring originally but I was just happy to have it done. I will go elsewhere.

They are a little more expensive than other places, but they do a nice job. A lot of the higher-end stores will refer their customers to this place.
