I booked for a 17 feet rental truck and got upgraded to 20 feet at no extra charge because that's what was available. They also throw in some moving blankets for free (to rent, not give). Overall, it's exactly what I expected from U-Haul and given how expensive moving is in general, our price tag was reasonable.

They went out of their way to help us and we saved extra money, found people to help us unload and other recommendations. They were excellent and helped us tremendously.

I bought boxes and supplies from U-Haul. The staff was very professional and helpful. The only complaint I have is the parking situation. Parking at this U-Haul location is a problem.

RENTAL VAN WAS A BIT RUNDOWN, BUT IT GOT THE JOB DONE. HOWEVER THEY CHARGE VARIOUS FEES THAT JUST KEEP ADDING ON!!
